Welcome to Beaver Store. By shopping with us you accept the following terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

Do you want to buy from us as a business? Please contact us before you buy.
We do not sell to businesses unless it involves resale in larger volumes, in which case you need to contact us before purchase to get an invoice. Otherwise, we refer you to use the order confirmation as your invoice / receipt

Ordering

When you place an order in our web shop, you receive an order confirmation by email. If anything is wrong in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email.

Prices

All prices are shown in your local currency. Customs duties and import fees may apply when the item is shipped from our warehouse abroad – see the shipping policy. We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary and in the case of obvious typing errors.

Payment

We offer payment via the most common payment methods, including card payment (VISA, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery

We always offer free shipping on all orders. Normal delivery time is 5–10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on where you live and which carrier is used. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right to Change Your Mind & Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping. If a return is approved, the amount is refunded within 14 days. Always contact us before you send an item back.

Complaints

If an item is defective or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered. We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for all complaints.

Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise from the use of products bought from us. Nor do we accept liability for delays or problems beyond our control (force majeure).

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The latest version is always published on our website.
